These weather stations monitor temperature, global solar irradiance, plane of array irradiance, back of panel temperature, plus wind speed and direction. The two irradiance sensors are EKO or Apogee sensor. PVmet 200 supports one additional back of panel temperature sensor.
These weather stations are SunSpec certified / compliant and feature integration via MODBUS RTU using an RS-485 interface. PowerWise offers web-based apps to view live conditions as well as historical weather data.
